Timothy Anderson is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor's Degree in Music Composition, where he studied voice with Rene de la Garza, and composition with Dr. Eliane Aberdam. He is an Activity Director for Cranston Adult Day Services, where he has been coordinating therapeutic programs for elderly participants and teaches the chorus since 2008. He teaches voice and piano lessons out of a private studio space in his home and has taught voice classes at Westerly Community Education and Enrichment in Westerly, RI and The Learning Connection in Providence, RI. He is the choral director for the Smithfield Singers, a community chorus at Smithfield Senior Center and has facilitated music/sing-along programs at Scandinavian Home and St. Elizabeth Court Assisted Living Facilities. He reveived his Reiki I and II attunements from Reiki Master-Teacher Diane Verrochi in July of 2009. He holds a certification as a nursing assistant and is a nationally certified Activity Professional.
